Package-Board-Simulation for SSN-SSO Applications
YOKOHAMA, Japan – January 13, 2010 – Physware, Inc., a leading provider of high-speed and

a seminar entitled “3D Full-wave Package-Board-Simulation for SSN-SSO Applications” at EDSFair 2010. The seminar will be
presented by Physware’s founder & CTO, Professor Vikram Jandhyala, on Thursday January 28th between
10:30am-11:15am at Room E204.
Physware also announced that the company will demonstrate three industry-leading products at
EDSFair, including a preview of PhysBAND, Physware’s latest breakthrough solution:
PhysWAVE: Generation of 3d broadband full-wave
models for SI, PI, SSN/SSO and EMI scenarios in an automated and fast manner for large sections of
chip-package-board-systems.
PhysAPEX: Generation of SPICE and IBIS models
for use in electrical simulation of packages, boards, and integrated systems.
PhysBAND: 3d full-wave simulation for SSN/SSO of complete systems in 1000x faster times and
proportionately less memory than any competing methodologies.
